Role summary:The Senior Analyst, Specialty Compliance and Ethics, plays a critical role in monitoring and interpreting relevant laws, regulations, and policies to ensure organizational adherence. The role supports the assessment of legislative impacts, manages compliance reporting, and drives continuous improvement initiatives. By providing expert guidance and fostering strong partnerships across the business, the analyst helps maintain ethical standards and promotes a culture of integrity aligned with company values and regulatory requirements.
About the team:
The Specialty Compliance and Ethics team ensures adherence to regulatory requirements across various US facilities by managing license renewals, including high-risk areas such as pharmacies and ATF-related renewals. The team collaborates closely with internal stakeholders and external counsel to resolve compliance issues and maintain accurate documentation. They develop and implement compliance strategies, monitor regulatory changes, and support ethical standards and conduct. This team plays a vital role in safeguarding organizational integrity by providing expert guidance, managing risks, and driving continuous improvements in compliance processes to support business objectives effectively.
What you'll do:
- Monitor and research laws, regulations, and policies relevant to specialty compliance and ethics.
- Draft, update, and maintain policies and standard operating procedures with leadership input.
- Identify compliance risks and gaps, recommending and developing strategies to address them.
- Collect and analyze data, prepare reports, and communicate findings to management.
- Support legislative assessment and regulatory forecasting to anticipate business impacts.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement compliance solutions and improve reporting processes.
- Provide expert guidance on compliance standards and ethical conduct across the organization.

- Strong experience in policy development, compliance management, and ethical standards enforcement.
- Ability to analyze legislation and regulatory trends, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Skilled in collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams to communicate compliance requirements effectively.
- Proficient in developing metrics and reports to measure compliance and ethics program effectiveness.
- Demonstrated capability to identify gaps, recommend solutions, and support implementation of compliance initiatives.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills aligned with organizational values and integrity.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
