• Lead cross-functional projects, managing timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communication
• Develop and execute business plans, removing barriers and adjusting strategies to meet goals

• Coach and develop associates while fostering an inclusive, high-performing team environment
• Influence change through structured communication plans and stakeholder alignment

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 4 years' experience in business, operations, analytics, or related area OR 6 years' experience in business, operations, analytics, or related area.
2 years’ supervisory experience.
3 years’ project management experience.
