Paying online should feel safe. Here is exactly how we protect your payment and your account.

3D Secure on every card payment

Every card payment goes through 3D Secure, the step where your own bank confirms it is really you. It is a small extra tap for you, and it is one of the strongest protections that exists against someone using your card without permission.

Your card never touches our servers

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our payment processor, which handles card data under PCI-DSS, the card industry's security standard. We never see or store your full card number. There is no card data on our systems to leak.

A secure connection everywhere

The entire site runs over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, so your information is protected in transit.

We act on fraud and abuse

We actively block accounts and identities involved in payment fraud or abuse, which keeps the platform safer and cleaner for genuine members and employers.

If you ever spot something

Email contact@legalalphabet.com from your account email and a human will look into it quickly. If you think a charge is not yours, tell us first; we can usually sort it out faster than a bank dispute. For how charges and renewals work, see how our billing works.
