Job Description
Dentons Caracas is hiring a Corporate Associate based in Caracas, Venezuela. Advise multinational and local clients on corporate and commercial matters.
Responsibilities
- Advise on company formation, governance and contracts
- Draft commercial agreements under the Codigo de Comercio
- Support M&A and restructuring transactions
- Coordinate with the global Dentons network
Requirements
- Licenciatura en Derecho from an accredited Venezuelan university.
- Admission as an abogado (registered with a Colegio de Abogados and INPREABOGADO).
- 2 to 5 years corporate experience
- Fluent English for cross-border work
