Job Description

Dentons Caracas is hiring a Corporate Associate based in Caracas, Venezuela. Advise multinational and local clients on corporate and commercial matters.

Responsibilities

  • Advise on company formation, governance and contracts
  • Draft commercial agreements under the Codigo de Comercio
  • Support M&A and restructuring transactions
  • Coordinate with the global Dentons network

Requirements

  • Licenciatura en Derecho from an accredited Venezuelan university.
  • Admission as an abogado (registered with a Colegio de Abogados and INPREABOGADO).
  • 2 to 5 years corporate experience
  • Fluent English for cross-border work
