Responsibilities

• Advise the group on corporate governance and transactions
• Manage contracts, M&A and regulatory matters
• Oversee external counsel and litigation
• Advise the board and business units

Requirements

• Licenciatura en Derecho from an accredited Venezuelan university.
• Admission as an abogado (registered with a Colegio de Abogados and INPREABOGADO).
• 6+ years, in-house or top firm
• English; financial-services experience
