Responsibilities
- Advise the group on corporate governance and transactions
- Manage contracts, M&A and regulatory matters
- Oversee external counsel and litigation
- Advise the board and business units
Requirements
- Licenciatura en Derecho from an accredited Venezuelan university.
- Admission as an abogado (registered with a Colegio de Abogados and INPREABOGADO).
- 6+ years, in-house or top firm
- English; financial-services experience
