- Provide clear, structured, and actionable written feedback explaining identified issues and areas for improvement.
- Apply domain-specific judgment and professional experience to ensure evaluations accurately reflect real-world legal and compliance expectations.
- Work independently on assigned projects while maintaining a high level of consistency, attention to detail, and quality across evaluations.
- Adapt to different evaluation frameworks, project requirements, and quality rubrics as assignments evolve.
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience in legal, compliance, regulatory, or closely related fields.
- Native or professional fluency in English, with excellent written communication skills.
- Strong professional judgment and the ability to critically evaluate complex information and identify inaccuracies or gaps.
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to assess both substantive quality and presentation.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, particularly PowerPoint and Google Slides.
- Ability to provide structured, concise, and well-reasoned written feedback.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to apply professional expertise consistently against defined criteria.
- Ability to work independently, manage assigned tasks effectively, and maintain high evaluation standards in a remote environment.
- An advanced degree, such as a Master’s or higher from a reputable institution, is preferred.
- A background involving legal analysis, regulatory compliance, risk assessment, governance, contracts, policy, or related professional work is advantageous.
- Fully remote engagement that can be completed from India.
- Flexible working schedule, allowing you to complete projects according to your own availability.
- Hourly independent-contractor engagement, providing flexibility across project assignments.
- Weekly payments through Stripe or Wise based on services rendered.
- Opportunity to apply your professional legal or compliance expertise to AI evaluation and development projects.
- Exposure to emerging AI technologies and opportunities to contribute to the improvement of AI-generated professional work.
- Projects may be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on project needs and performance.
- Work is designed not to require access to confidential or proprietary information from your current or previous employers, clients, or institutions.
- Opportunity to collaborate indirectly with leading AI research and technology teams through expert-driven evaluation work.
