The Opportunity:

Interpret and apply Procurement Policy Manual (PPM), FAR and DFARS requirements, CPSR standards, and internal controls to procurement actions. Support internal CPSR readiness activities, including documentation review, corrective actions, and process improvements. Assist with maintaining a CPSR approved business system, Federal Funding and Accountability Transparency Act (FFATA) reporting, job aids, procurement templates, and other forms, tasks, and duties assigned. Review procurement artifacts to ensure compliance, including Sole/Single Source Justifications (SSJ), source selections, market research, price analyses, and approvals. Review procurement files to ensure compliance with current federal regulations and our Procurement Policy Manual (PPM). Assist with policy updates, annual core training, guidance creation, and change management, coordinating with Regulatory Compliance & Reporting. Stay abreast of new trends and innovations in the field of Procurement Compliance within federal contracting. Support training initiatives and new processes or process improvements to the Procurement teams and other Business Partners. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

 

You Have:

• Experience interpreting and applying FAR and DFARS to contractor purchasing system activities
• Knowledge of CPSR requirements, documentation standards, and compliance frameworks
• Knowledge of P‑Card policy, reconciliation processes, restricted purchases, and infraction procedures
• Ability to analyze procurement documentation for completeness, compliance risk, and audit readiness
• HS diploma or GED and 7+ years of experience in procurement, or Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in procurement

 

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with procurement data analytics or reporting such as building dashboards and reports
• Experience with Ivalua and Icertis
• Experience with JavaScript and Python
• Experience with AI tools used for evaluation and automation
• Knowledge of automation tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, or SharePoint workflows
• Knowledge of agency supplements
• Knowledge of the different contract types, including emphasis on Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) and Outcomes Based Contracting (OBC)
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
