We are searching for the best talent for Senior Financial Analyst, Legal (Bogota, Colombia)
Johnson & Johnson, Inc. is recruiting for a Senior Finance Analyst, located in New Brunswick, NJ, to provide financial support to the Corporate Headquarters departments, Legal and Privacy.
Working in a fast-paced environment, the Senior Financial Analyst will provide support and analysis to business partners, with ongoing exposure to high levels of management within the Global Legal Organization.
This role supports quarterly close, business forecasting, variance analysis, results reporting, and compliance activities. Responsibilities include collaborating with functional business partners and Corporate Finance, preparing and presenting forecast updates and quarterly results review packages, organizational headcount planning and reporting, and coordinating with affiliate companies on intercompany budgets and cross-charges. The individual will also participate in and lead group projects.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and analysis, including financial monitoring and analysis of operating costs for the Global Legal Organization
- Support the quarterly close process including preparation of reporting packages, variance analysis, Journal Entries and supporting intercompany Accounting
- Ensure all compliance requirements are completed timely, accurately, and in alignment with internal controls
- Support business partners by evaluating ad hoc requests, providing financial analysis, and helping address business needs
- Support process improvements and technology solutions that streamline and standardize reporting and analytics to drive efficiencies and enhance transparency of Legal spend
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree is required, preferably with a major in Accounting or Finance.
- A minimum of three years of experience in finance and/or accounting is preferred.
- The candidate must possess excellent analytical, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Ariba, SAP General Ledger, Power BI or intelligence automation and tech savvy skills are also preferred.
- The candidate should be able to think creatively, maintain and improve sound business processes, and work in a dynamic, team environment.
- The individual must work independently, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and effectively take on leadership roles.
- This position will be located in Bogota, Colombia
- Demonstrates an understanding of AI concepts and frameworks, including awareness of responsible and ethical AI practices, and has experience generating effective prompts to boost efficiency and productivity.
