OVERVIEW   We are looking for Translators with experience in translating patents from Simplified Chinese into Japanese patent in the field of Electricity    The ideal candidate will have strong experience in translating and proofreading patents.   Project Details:   Job Title: Simplified Chinese into Japanese Patent Translator Start Date: ASAP Location: Remote Content Type: Electricity, Chemistry Expected Weighted Volume Per Week: 2,000-5,000 words CAT Tool: XTM Employment Type: Freelance

Preference will be given to candidates who fulfill the following requirements:

• Multilingual profile  
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the translation and/or editing of patent documents. (More specifically, Electricity and Chemistry patents)
• Proficiency use of CAT tools, especially with XTM
• Attention to detail  
• Good availability and quick response times.
