Job Description
Banco Central de Venezuela (BCV) is hiring a Legal Officer, Monetary & Financial Law based in Caracas, Venezuela. Support the central bank's legal team on monetary and financial-system matters.
Responsibilities
- Advise on the Ley Organica del BCV and monetary regulation
- Draft resolutions and administrative acts
- Support regulatory and institutional matters
- Research comparative central-banking law
Requirements
- Licenciatura en Derecho from an accredited Venezuelan university.
- Admission as an abogado (registered with a Colegio de Abogados and INPREABOGADO).
- 2 to 4 years, ideally public/financial law
- Strong research and drafting
