Job Description
Banesco Banco Universal is hiring a Credit & Collections Lawyer based in Barquisimeto, Venezuela. Manage credit recovery and collections litigation in the central-west.
Responsibilities
- Handle collections and recovery litigation
- Negotiate settlements and payment plans
- Review credit and guarantee documentation
- Advise on enforcement under the Codigo de Procedimiento Civil
Requirements
- Licenciatura en Derecho from an accredited Venezuelan university.
- Admission as an abogado (registered with a Colegio de Abogados and INPREABOGADO).
- 2 to 4 years in collections/litigation
- Strong negotiation skills
