Job Description
D'Empaire Reyna Abogados is hiring a Banking & Finance Senior Associate based in Caracas, Venezuela. Lead banking and finance mandates for lenders, borrowers and capital-markets clients.
Responsibilities
- Advise on secured lending, project finance and capital-markets transactions
- Draft facility, security and intercreditor documentation
- Advise on Ley de Instituciones del Sector Bancario compliance
- Coordinate with foreign counsel on cross-border deals
Requirements
- Licenciatura en Derecho from an accredited Venezuelan university.
- Admission as an abogado (registered with a Colegio de Abogados and INPREABOGADO).
- 5+ years in banking/finance
- Postgraduate especializacion or LLM preferred
