Banesco Banco Universal is hiring a Regional Legal Officer based in Maracaibo, Venezuela. Provide regional legal and recoveries support for the bank in Zulia.
Responsibilities
- Handle regional litigation and recoveries
- Review branch contracts and guarantees
- Advise on banking-sector compliance
- Coordinate with head-office legal
Requirements
- Licenciatura en Derecho from an accredited Venezuelan university.
- Admission as an abogado (registered with a Colegio de Abogados and INPREABOGADO).
- 2 to 4 years in banking/litigation
- Local court experience in Zulia
