Job Description
PDVSA (Petróleos de Venezuela, S.A.) is hiring a Contracts & Procurement Lawyer based in Maracaibo, Venezuela. Manage contracts and procurement for energy operations in western Venezuela.
Responsibilities
- Draft and review procurement and service contracts
- Advise on commercial and regulatory compliance
- Manage supplier disputes and claims
- Support contract lifecycle management
Requirements
- Licenciatura en Derecho from an accredited Venezuelan university.
- Admission as an abogado (registered with a Colegio de Abogados and INPREABOGADO).
- 2 to 5 years in contracts/procurement
- Energy-sector exposure preferred
