Job Description

PDVSA (Petróleos de Venezuela, S.A.) is hiring a Contracts & Procurement Lawyer based in Maracaibo, Venezuela. Manage contracts and procurement for energy operations in western Venezuela.

Responsibilities

  • Draft and review procurement and service contracts
  • Advise on commercial and regulatory compliance
  • Manage supplier disputes and claims
  • Support contract lifecycle management

Requirements

  • Licenciatura en Derecho from an accredited Venezuelan university.
  • Admission as an abogado (registered with a Colegio de Abogados and INPREABOGADO).
  • 2 to 5 years in contracts/procurement
  • Energy-sector exposure preferred
