Responsibilities
- Review regional contracts and guarantees
- Manage litigation and recoveries
- Advise on banking-sector compliance
- Liaise with regional management
Requirements
- Licenciatura en Derecho from an accredited Venezuelan university.
- Admission as an abogado (registered with a Colegio de Abogados and INPREABOGADO).
- 2 to 4 years in banking/litigation
- Local procedural experience
