Job Description
Rodner Martínez & Asociados is hiring a Banking & Capital Markets Associate based in Caracas, Venezuela. Advise banks, issuers and investors on financial regulation and transactions.
Responsibilities
- Advise on securities issuance and capital-markets rules
- Draft financing and security documentation
- Advise on SUDEBAN and SUNAVAL regulation
- Support cross-border financing structures
Requirements
- Licenciatura en Derecho from an accredited Venezuelan university.
- Admission as an abogado (registered with a Colegio de Abogados and INPREABOGADO).
- 2 to 5 years in banking/capital markets
- English and financial-regulation knowledge
