Rodner Martínez & Asociados is hiring a Banking & Capital Markets Associate based in Caracas, Venezuela. Advise banks, issuers and investors on financial regulation and transactions.

Responsibilities

• Advise on securities issuance and capital-markets rules
• Draft financing and security documentation
• Advise on SUDEBAN and SUNAVAL regulation
• Support cross-border financing structures

Requirements

• Licenciatura en Derecho from an accredited Venezuelan university.
• Admission as an abogado (registered with a Colegio de Abogados and INPREABOGADO).
• 2 to 5 years in banking/capital markets
• English and financial-regulation knowledge
