Responsibilities
- Draft supply, distribution and service contracts
- Advise on commercial and consumer law
- Manage contract risk and disputes
- Support procurement and logistics teams
Requirements
- Licenciatura en Derecho from an accredited Venezuelan university.
- Admission as an abogado (registered with a Colegio de Abogados and INPREABOGADO).
- 2 to 4 years in commercial contracts
- Detail-oriented; manufacturing exposure
