Job Description

Mercantil Servicios Financieros is hiring a Legal Officer, Central-West Region based in Barquisimeto, Venezuela. Support the financial group's legal needs across the Lara region.

Responsibilities

  • Review regional contracts and guarantees
  • Manage litigation and recoveries
  • Advise on banking-sector compliance
  • Liaise with regional management

Requirements

  • Licenciatura en Derecho from an accredited Venezuelan university.
  • Admission as an abogado (registered with a Colegio de Abogados and INPREABOGADO).
  • 2 to 4 years in banking/litigation
  • Local procedural experience
