Empresas Polar is hiring a Senior Legal Counsel, Commercial based in Caracas, Venezuela. Lead commercial legal support for Venezuela's largest private company.
Responsibilities
- Negotiate commercial, supply and distribution contracts
- Advise on competition, consumer and commercial law
- Manage disputes and regulatory matters
- Support the group across business units
Requirements
- Licenciatura en Derecho from an accredited Venezuelan university.
- Admission as an abogado (registered with a Colegio de Abogados and INPREABOGADO).
- 6+ years commercial/in-house
- English; consumer-goods sector a plus
